How much does it cost?

What is a transaction?
We estimate monthly pricing based on transactional volume. A supplier invoice, sales invoice, payment, and the like require a transaction to be recorded. Each transaction represents an entry, electronic filing, and reconciling. The higher the number of transactions, the more time required to maintain your books. Are there custom pricing packages?
The truth is, most clients have slight customizations to their pricing based on their unique needs. Typically, it takes a couple months to determine a business' bookkeeping needs. We will work closely with you to understand your business and keep your bookkeeping costs to a minimum.

What if my business volume fluctuates?
Seasonal businesses and those with fluctuating sales require a different approach to determining bookkeeping pricing. Cachebox is able to adapt to the ups and the downs in transactional volume. What's not included in the monthly pricing?
It's difficult to create an exhaustive list of everything not included in our monthly package prices. That said, banking transaction fees, QuickBooks Online subscription (based on features), LedgerDocs subscription (approximately 14 dollars), and sales tax are not included.
